Owl-Aedan

Here is a watercolor of a barn owl that I did a while ago.  Right after I did it I watched the movie "The Guardians of Ga'Hool." I should have added some cool armor and a sword or something.

  1. What a great picture, Aedan! My six year old boy will love to see this. He loves to draw and he loves the Guardians.

  4. Excellent! We have owls who live around here and I'm certain each one would think you painted them!

  6. I love the colors you chose and the contrast between the background color and the owl. We live three blocks from a lake and recreation area and have an owl like that living in our neighborhood. We only see him four or five times each year though, because they are nocturnal. I love your work, young man.

  7. This is really beautiful! I love how he is so real...but so "not real" at the same time...in a GOOD WAY! Keep at it. You have talent from the Lord. It is obvious to me! :)

  8. Awesome owl! The Guardians Of Ga'hoole is probably the snazziest movie that has ever come to be. Some armor would make it look quite majestic.
